Perfecting the art of the late-summer celebration, the couple leaned into a sophisticated black and white color palette that felt incredibly sharp against the lush, vibrant greenery of the season. By utilizing a tented reception that created a flawless indoor-outdoor flow, guests were able to enjoy the open layout and dance the night away.

CLASSIC BLACK AND WHITE
The black and white theme adds such a refreshing touch. The high contrast of the details really emphasize the deep greens of the golf course and gardens this time of year. The monochrome details—from the sleek table settings with gold accents to the sharp wedding party looks—brought a massive dose of sophistication to the day. It was chic, it was intentional, and it looked absolutely stunning against the open-air backdrop. And to tie it all together, Ashley custom made their black and white photo wall that tied in her and Zack’s love story.
THE “INDOOR-OUTDOOR” FLOW
September in Massachusetts is arguably the best time for a tented wedding. Ashley and Zack took advantage of the lingering summer warmth for their outdoor ceremony under the Pergola, but used their classic palette to keep the tent feeling cool, open, and chic.
The tented reception at the Villa gives guests the easy transition from the ceremony to their seats for dinner and dancing.
The september golden glow
The sun in September is lower and more golden. It creates this beautiful and comforting atmosphere and is amazing for photos. Ashley and Zack were picture perfect during their portraits with the dreamy light.
